What are your minimum order amounts?

Terms
All orders placed on this website are considered binding and cannot be cancelled after the order has been submitted. Once an order is received, our team will send an itemized invoice. Payment in full is required when your order is placed. At this time we do not offer Net Terms.
If you would like to place a large order size please reach out, we are happy to work with retailers through contracts.

Return Policy
Mountain Maiden Co. does not accept returns or exchanges on wholesale orders. If you feel something is wrong, please reach out immediately so we may resolve any potential issues.

Estimated Production & Ship Time
All orders are made-to-order. Orders will ship out approximately 2-4 weeks from the date your order is confirmed. This does depend of order size, we will let you know at the time of checkout when your order should approximately ship. Shipping rates are a flat fee.
