What are your minimum order amounts?
Min. Order amount is $500

Terms
All orders placed on this website are considered binding and cannot be cancelled after the order has been submitted. Once an order is received, our team will send an itemized invoice. Payment in full is required when your order is placed. At this time we do not offer Net Terms.
If you would like to place a large order size please reach out, we are happy to work with retailers through contracts.

Return Policy
Mountain Maiden Co. does not accept returns or exchanges on wholesale orders. If you feel something is wrong, please reach out immediately so we may resolve any potential issues.

Estimated Production & Ship Time
Almost all designs are stocked and ready to ship. If you order a design that is labeled “made to order” we will notify you after you place your order of the estimated turnaround time for said design. Shipping rates are a flat fee.
